Winning Conversation is a management & training consultancy founded in 2014, by Principal Consultant, Letchemanen Vassou.

 

The central focus of our work is business problems that have people, their communication, or their psychologies at the centre of it. We consult, coach, train, and facilitate on people-centred domains such as sales, customer service, leadership, and management. The various people skills that we specialise in include presentation skills, negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills and coaching and mentoring skills.
